I guarantee…I’ve made MORE MONEY selling the FEW shares of FORD that I held on OPTIONS…(10,000 shares worth) than YOU made with your “trading” in the stock.

AND…I still own tens of thousands of shares… As TOYOTA continues to DEATH SPIRAL…FORD takes THEIR customers!!! EXACTLY as I predicted would happen…FORD IS THE NEW TOYOTA!!

Does anyone else find it INTERESTING that MIKE TOLD EVERYONE here that FORD would and WILL, go BANKRUPT as “I” identified it as a GREAT INVESTMENT!!! Ford IS a great investment…ANTONE with half a BRAIN now sees it…NOT MIKE…He’s TOO THICK…He’d have to ADMIT he was WRONG. Which he WAS…Just like he’s LOOKING more wrong EVERYDAY on his COLLAPSE CALL!!!

People here have a CHOICE…

They can LISTEN to a guy that got into REAL ESTATE INVESTING only 7 years ago during a HUGE BOOM and has never INVESTED DURING a BUST…He now sits back and tells everyone he’s an EXPERT and they should all be BUYING CANNED FOOD, GUNS, AMMO and bottled water…

OR…They can listen to someone that has ACTUALLY INVESTED through 3 boom/bust cycles in Real estate over a 24 year period…Someone that owned DOUBLE the number on units MIKE now has 15 years ago…SOLD them all and built SELF STORAGE WAREHOUSES, Commercial/Industrial rentals and now has a portfolio of properties that could buy and sell everything Mike HAS EVER owned or WILL ever own 4 TIMES OVER. (at his current NO BUYING rate)

AS for SOCIAL SECURITY???

Who here expects to see a PENNY of that money???

NO ONE I know expects to LIVE on Social Security. The pay outs will get gradually CUT for FUTURE generations…Just as PENSION BENEFITS have been CUT for the last 30 years in this country…People will have NO CHOICE but to WORK LONGER or LIVE ON LESS!!!

It would be nice if we could discuss an issue without all this nonsense. It would also be nice if you could stop all the drama. I have NEVER claimed to be an EXPERT on any subject - SHOW ME THE POST. Let’s see…if I wanted to belittle you like you do me, I could say that you are a failed landlord who had to sell all his rentals because he couldn’t handle the stress and has had to resort to flipping while keeping his full-time job as a firefighter. I could also point out that you lost $40K on your QQQ shorts, without mentioning that you have been right on Ford. You see, that is essentially what you have done with your attacks on me. Why do you feel the need for such childish behavior? I don’t have to attack YOU to present my opinion. The “fact” is that I made money on my Ford trades - actual cash money - not unrealized gains.

The “fact” is that I built my rental business exactly as I outlined in my business plan and have no plans to get into the flipping business.

The “fact” is that I bought all my rentals for pennies on the dollar and posted those deals on the forum and my blog as I did them.

The “fact” is that I am expecting the economy to collapse (as are MANY others) and I have prepared for that by buying food, water, ammo, etc (and I recommend others do so as well).

The “fact” is that houses are always selling for “PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR” and that you can flip properties in every market.

The “fact” is that you always have to put effort into finding great deals.

I agree with your advice to ‘stick to what you know’ and I am sticking with my rental business.

The “fact” is that you could participate in a rational discussion instead of the personal attacks if you really wanted to.

Hate to tell you this guys, but to an outsider there is no winner in your argument. You both look stubborn, opinionated, closed-minded, rude, insulting, and determined to have the last word while you bully the world into agreeing with you.

Both of you has given and continues to give very good advice to investors and beginers. Excellent advice. From both of you.

Each of you is good at what you do. You do different things. You each draw a different opinion from the currrent facts. Fine. Leave it at that.

Neither one of you is ever going to come out the winner in your on-going argument. It’s unpleasant to watch and it doesn’t make either one of you look like any sort of authority on anything.

I’ve seen 5 year olds behave better. Whatever happened to nice manners in public?
