I have resisted the urge and need to use bandit signs for more than 7 years. But, I’m convinced I need to add it to my marketing arsenal. I’m only buying sub 2 at the moment and was wondering what others were using that is working? My thoughts were “Sell Your House in 7 Days” which ties to my website or “Cash For Your House”.

I have found that by employing bandit signs the direct (non linked) access to my websites have increased slightly, but it may not be worth the effort to plant unless you hire a team.
check with your local ordinances first. some investors have been known to get fines.
as far as the “best sign” you should stick out from the usual “we buy houses”.
trial and error will tell you what’s working and what’s not
