Howdy;

I’m parting ways with the computer industry after four decades. I’ve decided that I’m going to turn my systems analyst skills towards real estate investing. I don’t have a lot of blue water experience under my belt yet, but I’m working on it.

I currently live in California, but I’m NOT really interested in investing here. I’m looking at other areas: Texas (DFW, Amarillo, Austin/San Antonio), Florida (mostly Pensacola), Inter-mountain (Idaho/Wyoming/Utah), and Maine are currently on the top of my list.

As it happens, I’ll be in the DFW area the third weekend of October. I’m pretty open on Monday the 21st, and would be interested in chatting with folks in the metroplex area. Please PM me if you’re interested in getting together for lunch or whatever.

Hi. I am branching out from single family investing into the large multifamily space in the Austin- San Antonio, TX MSA’s area. class B & C, workforce housing
Southern Austin MSA & Northeast San Antonio MSA
This will be a syndication, my first and I am not going alone on this.

I know it’s a very competitive market and that there will be some challenges as we get through the current environment. I have been in the real estate field since 2000 and am seeking a few individuals that can see an opportunity arising on the other side of COVID. I can raise capital, perform market research, analyze, negotiate, market, manage construction, stay out of SEC trouble and a bit more. I am seeking folks that can do the same and add to skills and resources I don’t possess or am not strong at. In return for collaboration, those people that see it thru 2020-25/6 will participate in the project. This is not a financial, debt or capital solicitation
