I’m parting ways with the computer industry after four decades. I’ve decided that I’m going to turn my systems analyst skills towards real estate investing. I don’t have a lot of blue water experience under my belt yet, but I’m working on it.
I currently live in California, but I’m NOT really interested in investing here. I’m looking at other areas: Texas (DFW, Amarillo, Austin/San Antonio), Florida (mostly Pensacola), Inter-mountain (Idaho/Wyoming/Utah), and Maine are currently on the top of my list.
As it happens, I’ll be in the DFW area the third weekend of October. I’m pretty open on Monday the 21st, and would be interested in chatting with folks in the metroplex area. Please PM me if you’re interested in getting together for lunch or whatever.
