Texas Sub2 New Law is Now In Effect

Those who are doing sub2, make sure you understand the new Texas Law.

I have spoken to my Attorny and he said he feels you should be ok as long as you disclose to the buyer that there is a due on sale clause. This is of course his opinion and it is up in the air.

I have talked to my title company and the branch manager told me that their underwriters did not issue any new instructions or rules and they are still closing sub2 deals.
