Hello everyone Im just getting started and I have the Ron Legrand cash Flow System The system has a contract in it I just wanted to know if anyone has used that cantract I did not want to get into any trouble using it and also I would like to know what addendums would I need to add with that contract If no one has used this contract maybe someone can provided me with one that has all I need to make my first deal I have a meeting with a seller this week and I would live to do this deal It would be my first PLZ!!
