anyone have experience in treating termites without using pro exterminator, these guys want almost 1,000 to treat…I 'm lookin at homedepot alternatives that cost 80-100 dollars
They work but not as long. Be sure to remove evidence of termite tunnels before you have an inspection for a sale.
my husband is an atty who handles termite cases. The liquid stuff they applied years ago is good for 15-20 years. You can still find places that offer the liquid vs the sentricon. I called a mom & pop co and got mine for $400, I had been getting $2500 quotes for Sentricon.
