We have tenant that prepaid his rent two years ago. Ever since then he was a nightmare as far as cops showing to the place, domestic violence with his two girlfriends, just a complete loser. We were not involved since he prepaid and never really called in. Anyways, now were have been notified by the neighbor that the Utility is shut off, the water is shut off, the gas will soon be shut off and the trash doesnt collect anymore., but this guy still resides in the property, which is amazing. I checked and they are shut off, so can we evict this guy under public health and safety issues within giving back the prepaid rent, since he violated the lease provisions? Anyone have any similar situation.
