tenant-in-common valuation

I purchased a 5% share in Store and parking lot as a passive investor and the general partner has offered my a 1031 exchange or a cash buyout .I don’t want the exchange and feel the cash offer is very low.What are my rights? Who can i contact?

You can request that your company do an internal audit to determine tha value of the company and then you will know what is fair price for your percntage

The General partner is not forth coming but according to local realtors the property ,a stand alone K-Mart has tripled in value since we brought it.
