Credit reports ($15 Single, $20 joint) Social searches, and risk scores, are included with all credit reports.

I use http://www.tenantcredit.com $6.00 per individual (On-line). No subscription fees or anything. The fees vary on how you wish to receive the reports, and how many bureaus you want.
