I’ve been thinking about how many people get revved up about real estate and never actually get anything done about it. I know that many of you are into you umteenth thousand deal, and have a vast network in place and so on and so forth. But I was wondering if you would care to share the details of your first time( I mean real estate deal :o ) I think that usually it is the first deal that is the hardest, and usually because newbies don’t know what to expect, or how it will work. I thought it could be benificial if some of you could share with us.
I was thinking maybe things like how you found the deal( ads, called 8,000 realtor, bought from grandma, etc.), problems you had with it, how you finally decided (back when you had no experience) that it was a deal, and so on.
