First, varies greatly from state to state, as the law firm that provides the services varies from state to state.
Overall, it can be worthwhile IF the attorneys in your state provide value & expertise. Two caveats:
-
It is NOT a substitute for all your legal needs, as often advertised by the promoters. If you read the contract, some services are provided, others are not.
-
Squeaky wheel gets the grease in this case. The lawfirm will often assign inexperienced lawyers to answer questions to keep costs in line - and experience is everything at law. By pressing the firm, you can often get a more experienced lawyer assigned to you.
