Has anyone had any dealings with , or have any information on Ted Hansson? Trying to figure out if he is for real or just another "guru"selling courses. Thanks in advance for any help oh this subject.

geez, its time i hoped onto that bandwagon and started selling some crap myself! can someone give me some ideas on “how to become a real estate guru”. [actually bronchick is holding this very seminar!]
The funny thing is most of these gurus don’t actually hold alot of real estate. They just talk about it. Personally, i learn more on forums like this than any seminar.
