I was just curious whether or not you received any responses?
No response. As you know these are hard to buy too. I am going to talk to my hard money lender and try to figure a way to get some of these. You send a check and they send a deed. Lender wants appraisal before lending money and of course they want note and deed and title policy. They did tell me once before they would go to foreclosure sale with me and take money to help me buy a deal, but I never worked it out. Friday he called and said they were still interested in helping he do deals including my El Campo deals. He said of our past relationship that I was slow but honest, I guess he must have really liked the honest part. I try really hard to do what I say. One of my faults is promising too much and too early.
