Im loooking to bid on a property. Upon doing my due diligence i found out that there are two owners and the the c/o has and IRS lien filed against him (for not paying his income tax). now seeing this is against the person and not the property should i try and bid for this property??
this property is a probate property the owner died in 91 the lien was filed in 97.
why would people say to stay away from IRS liens??
