I’m open to learning all areas of Real Estate investing. I’m a firm believer of diversifying a portfolio but also investing in something that is in the Circle of Competence. I recently came across the investing topic of Tax Liens and Foreclosure Deeds. This area is new to me but I wouldn’t mind broadening my knowledge of it. I would appreciate any insight into this area and also good and bad pointers that anyone can offer would be appreciated. Thanks and have fun investing!
The laws definitely vary by state. You need to get to know the laws in your state. Then you can learn how to use it.
