I have several properties that are comprised of a large number of duplexes and fourplexes (20+ individual buildings each) that I’m thinking of splitting and selling each one of the buildings individually. I really want to target investors, not individual owner occupant buyers. Does anyone know of any sales and marketing groups that can move a large number of cash-flowing, duplex or fourplex properties quickly to investors? They won’t be new construction, but are in good shape and are located in Houston, TX.
Any help would be appreciated. I’ve spoken with several groups, but haven’t found many that I would say are “professional” and have the ability to accomodate sales in these properties.
They are one of the largest companies that deal with apartments and commercial real estate so they have a large list of real estate investors who will be interested in your properties.
Thanks for the help, but I’m looking for something a bit different. I’d like to find groups, agents, brokers, etc. that can sell individual duplexes (or in groups of 2 to 4) to smaller, individual investors. The larger brokerage firms are looking to sell the entire complex at a much lower price than the appraised value per duplex. I’m looking more along the lines of Marshall Reddick, ICG, IAI, etc. Those groups whose members are almost primarily smaller buyers.
If anyone is familiar with any groups or brokers/agents with a great presence with investors, please let me know.
