Howdy All: I am having a hard time finding commercial TAR earnest money contracts online. I am not a Realtor but have started buying commercial deals and would like to use a standard form. I have gotten them from title companies in the past but they have fax stuff all over them where they got them from another source. Any help would be appreciated.
