I live in St. Petersburg what can I help you with.
Are you an investor or broker? I need a foundation contractor who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. I would also love to pick your brain about the market in this area.
Right now I am a small time investor. I do a lot of bird dogging and some rehabs. I am currently trying to get a property management company up in running with one of my associates. I do know a few contractors who might be able to help you. I will contact them and get back with you soon. What questions do you have about the St. Pete market? A brief synopsis is that St. Pete is a sellers market. It is hard to find rental properties that produce a positive cash flow. The St. Pete market is also extremely flooded with investors especially the we buy houses investors. Keep in touch Joe
Tell me obout it! I moved here in November last year and just got my second house. The investors have bought several houses from under me in the driveway. It is a very tough market here. I am thinking of investing in North Carolina where it is not so tight. So do you think this area is over priced and in a bubble? I think it will slow down and then hold strong but I could very well be wrong.

Hey do you go to the Undertow on ST.Pete Beach?
Yes, I have been to the undertow many times. I myself don’t feel that it is a bubble, but at the same time I do feel it will slow down. Which I hope will lead to a lot of investors being stuck with properties with interest only mortgages. If this happens then I will start investing in rental real estate full blown. Some areas are over priced but there are still some good deals out there you just have to be patient. JOE
