I was just wondering if anyone attended the T.R.I.B.E. workshop in Texas with David and Melina Montelongo. Was it a worth while event for net working? I know the Montelongo’s aren’t very popular, but David and Melina seem a little more honest, I don’t know.
It’s not worth it. It costs thousands of dollars. Avoid all of those expensive seminars - you can get much more valuable & better priced by reading real estate books

And make sure that if you purchase any books, you check E-bay first.
I agree, traveling to Texas for a mixer is a bit much. Even though the general admission was only $99, by the time you pay for air fare, hotel, car rental and God knows what else they will talk you into, you could have invested that money towards properties and actually had a chance of return.
