Is anyone familiar with making loans from a Self-Directed IRA? Specifically, making identical loans to one another with payments made directly back to each other’s IRA accounts? The borrowed money is used to invest without restrictrion. The loan might have interest only payments with a balloon due in five years…or other terms that are agreed upon. Please respond if you know about this or know someone who does.
