According to recent survey, 50 percent of residential real estate agents have no structured system to manage their buyers and sellers. Meaning they are still using either Word documents, Excel spreadsheets or no system at all to manage and retain contact with potential clients.
What’s your stand on this?
For me, in this day and age, having a database or your own system is significant to maintain in contacts with the clients. I really like the idea that “The ability to access your data from any device, anywhere in the world, gives you amazing flexibility as an agent.”
