Suggestions for purchasing an apartment in NYC

I’m currently living in New York and I am looking to buy an apartment, preferably in Manhattan.

I have just begun Working with Manhattist Inc, a luxury real estate company near Times Square. The brokers are friendly and helpful but I need some suggestions from anyone who has worked in this market before.

Which brokers have you worked with and what properties did you acquire?

Wow! NYC is still a very expensive Market. It depends on what your goals are. How Much Are you Willing to Spend etc.
If you Want to Go At It alone You May Want to Contact A Private Investor. They are all over the place. I work with them daily. Good Luck!
