wanted to know what i do when i cannot find a buyer within the amount of time i promised the seller. i want to assign a contract. if i cannot find a buyer what is the correct way to insert a backdoor?

You can’t go back and add something to the contract that you already signed, unless the seller sgrees to it. If the seller agrees to it, then you can write up an addendum of some sort. I’m pretty sure, though that the seller is not going to agree to add something to the contract that lets you get out of it.

THE other side to this is if you do not dig more in to the ways you can and should have put in to start with and rewrite your contacts
