I’ve been reading up on subject-to’s as a way to get into real estate without much capital. Does a subject-to always end with you flipping the property to another buyer, or can you purchase subject-to and rent it out for a long period of time?
You could, but I would not recommend it if you don’t have any capital reserves.
Great advice Dave… I would add or unless you bought it with huge equity that refinacing it was not an issue.
However I still dont know anyone who has had a Sub 2 called… I have done tons and hasnt happened yet…
