Hello,

We would like to know is there a script that we can use when we call FSBOs out the newpaper to get a Subject-to deal under contract soon.

Please email us a script or some information on how to screen people who NEED to sell vs the people that WANT to sell.

P.S. Is there any other way to get a Subject-to deal without putting the property in a LAND TRUST?? or this the ONLY way to get paid after you find a buyer??

I’d strongly recommend that you study this a bit more to increase your understanding. In all transactions you need an exit strategy. Are you going to flip or hold the property? etc.

We plan on fliping the deal and not holding for a while. Where do you look for your SUB2 deals?
