I have a property that I want to buy Subject To, and I have a buyer who wants to enter in to a lease option in Denver, CO. Does anyone have subject to or lease option contracts that I could use?

you can turn any purchase contract subject to the existing financing by adding certain verbage to the agreement.
whenever you lease option a house make sure you have a standard lease agreement and have a seperate option contract. plus have clauses so the property won’t be tied up too long in case of a sour deal.
