Hey all, I’ve seen mixed opinions on this, basically my situation is as follows, a recent divorce has left me with pretty tarnished credit. I want to get back into REI but obviously qualifying is a problem for most financing. Would doing Sub2’s be the best route to take in getting back into it? I’ve read mixed opinions on this, especially since I’ve really only held 3 houses before and that was a few years ago… I do have 5-10k to work with in case there is a need to pay back payments and such and I can’t work out a deal with the lender… Could someone give me a little insight into the way to go about this? Or would there be a better avenue… thanks alot…
