Sub2 in NC

Hello there. I am under the impression that doing subject 2’s in NC have become difficult over the years. ok, my question is, has lease options in NC also become difficult also because of title disclosure or is this just the case with sub2? Also, are there any of you guys/gals out there that are doing lease options/sub2’s successfully here in NC? I have been having a hard time understanding how the process of doing business here in those strategies, differ from other states. Thanks for your help

Nothing much has changed in North Carolina, there were some Bills brought up in the State Legislature that never really went anywhere to stop Subject To investing and Lease Options.
