Hi All,
I just relocated my invesing focus from Clearwater FL to Novato CA. Novato is 20 minutes north of San Francisco. I understand the difficulty involved in doing deals in Northern California includinng high housing costs; credit freeze; lack of t/b liquidity;; etc. I was wondering if anyone has done or is doing deals in this area recently. If so I would love to hear about your experience.
I would love to hear from anyone else about doing deals up here.
