I am a newbie and like to ask a question. Considering you get a sub2 deed (title in your name) what do you with the current tenants since the loan is under their name and you are making the payments. If the strategy is to sell the house in X amount of time what kinds of steps are necessary to get rid of the current tenants…Any tips would be appreciated.
