I am starting to fear doing Sub To’s with Homeowners in Foreclousure. I am wondering if we can still take these homes without any kind of recourse later on? I have heard that the laws are changing so fast, that we could get into hot water, I wonder how true that is?

Every state is different that is why you need to have an attorney doing your paperwork even on “subject to” deals. Your attorney should be the one to keep up with these laws on your behalf while you do what you do best which is to be hunting the deals down.
