I wanted to know how powerful is this land trust and triple net lease stuff. I am trying to locate more info on this matter. Seeing that I have been trying to contact you for about a week with no success. I would like to use this tragedy in my deals if it protects you like you say it does.
I’d be happy to help and still be able to post without being accused of advertising. I purchased properties using a subject to for many years. Then, three years ago I discovered the land trust. In my opinion, it is the only way to do a subject to without a DOSC violation, and with the flexibility to achieve just about anything you want to in the trust – triple net lease, lease option, lease purchase, equity share, land contract, etc.
