Not for me to get excited about. 90 + 60 + 10 is 160, factor in any deferred maint, additional mtg pmts and you got an alligator eating you alive.


How much is the rent for similarly priced properties in your market?

If it’s not substantially($500-1000) higher than the current payment I would let it go.
