Hi all,
New to the REI arena…can anyone recommend any good educational wholesaling books? Also, I’ve seen a few home study courses for wholesaling (e.g. Vena Jones-Cox, Cook) that are about 700 bucks…anybody know if they are worth the cash???
Thanks for your advice!
mike
mike,
I went to a rich dad education event a few weeks back and while i was there, they gave, with the purchase of tne course, a book on investing which i love. It has everything you need to know about investing, including wholesaling. Its step by step information on what you need to do. I am currently following the step and so far so good. go to www.richdadeducation.com and see if they offer a class in your area.
just sent you a private message.
I highly recommend Steve’s Cook’s wholesaling course. I learned all I needed to know to do deals with it. I think it is still under $300, but I could be wrong.
I’ve also heard great things about Vena, although I’ve never read her materials.
I don’t think you can go wrong with either one.
Steph :cool
P.S.
Check EBay first- you can get some great deals on rei courses there.
PM me your email address and I will send you a 150 page guide, 3 cd’s worth of audio and all of the contracts that you will need. I have been following the system and just made $16,000 last week and well over $150,000 last year. I hope it helps get you started.
Have a good new year
Do you think I can get that as well?
