Anyone have any new or innovative ways to market student housing properties. This demo is so bombarded with ad messages everyday, and they’ve become so finicky, it’s hard to get their attention. If you have any refreshing ideas let me know, thanks.
Wow, where I used to go, people didn’t even need to bother marketing student properties since they were in so much demand. Have you ever thought about doing things like using different colored and shaped mediums? Heck, why not try using attractive males/females in your marketing efforts; I bet that would get some attention.
