Hi Fellow Investors

I just bought a raised ranch and I want to change the lower part siding with stucco. The siding right now is a vynl siding. Is it possible? how much do you think it’s going to cost?

The easiest way to do this is to have the vinyl removed and replaced with DRY-VIT. Which is a synthetic stucco. It costs a little less than brick and MUST be professionally installed. It’s not cheap. If you live down South forget it. Dry-Vit had big problems years ago with their products down there and from what I understand it still has a negitive rep. They did solve the problem which stemmed from water getting behind the stucco and not having a way to get out. In the Northeast Dry-Vit homes are always in highend neighborhoods, so it depends on where you live.
