Does anyone have any recommendations on any Structural Engineers in Austin Texas who can give a friend of mine an unbiased inspection on the ‘foundation’ on his home? He went to a couple of foundation repair companies and to no surprise they said he will need repairs, but he would like to get a 2nd/3rd opinion before paying a load of money that may not need fixing.
