Newbie needs information on how big a strip mall can fit on 2.14 acres that square shaped 363ft deep 300ft across.

Depends on the zoning and urban planning in the area. They will determine property line “set-backs” (how far from the property line that you can build)…

You’ll also be affected by other factors like how much parking is needed, etc. As kdhastedt said, contact your local zoning dept.

thanks for the info i was just trying to get a rough idea of sq ft the foot print would be. I am in contact with a builder just recently.
