In some markets it now seems difficult to do flips. Very few qualified buyers are showing up to buy.
I’ve seen cases where investors have control of propeties with approx. $25-$30k profit spread but still can’t move the properties.
Are investors selling with lease options or just buying and hold since houses are hard to move now?
