Just wondering if anyone can give me info on putting up storage units and how you got started. Would like to buy some commercially zoned property and put up some units in a smaller town. I was thinking of using Cleary company out of Minn. to put them up. Any tips on renting them? Thoughts on how many to start with? It seems there are not any units in this town and it is starting to take off growing. Thought it might be a good idea. Graciez
