I am a real estate investor and would like to do REO’s and get a new house. I am considering a lease options but not sure where to find them. Ideas?
For the REO’;s for houses to invest in housed can not find a loan. I am stated, no Doc and 716 credit and $ I million plus in stocks in IRA and other equities. have contacted creative lenders but can not borrow a quarter. Like to hear ideas. thank you.
