I have been involved in the real estate business actively for 3+ years in the form of a partnership w/ a friend (we have an S Corp). Our business objective is strickly retirement. All duties of the corporation are divided and we each have our areas of expertise & we have been successful. All income is plowed back into the corporation.
Now, I need to increase my cash flow and have decided to, on my own, purchase investment property. (My ‘retirement’ partner is very supportative.) So, here I go and am I nervous! I feel like a fish out of water but I know that things will work out. I also know that this will be a slow process.
My biggest concern is finding funds to get started but I know that it will work out also.
