I’m new and want to know what anyone thinks about handing out business cards to obtain leads for wholesaling. Do I need to have anything else in place–business structure for instance?

You can never have enough ways to find investors, as for finding wholesale properties cards wont help you out too much. Talk to real esate agents and ask for reo asset managers in their office if they have one. Hand out fliers, cards, you name it. if they dont know about you they cant call your num ber or check out your email/website. You have to start somewhere but just get started. Most dream about doing this, dont dream just go for it it can reward you in many ways
