Starting out: Is this really a good time?

Hello all; I’m new to the great game of REI and am looking for some advice.

I have been doing my research and reading books for about the last 6 months and have developed a plan and set goals. I’m motivated, ready to go, and anxious to start getting things done. I plan to start with wholesaling to develop a source of cash then move into longer term investments, so far so good… here my problem:

I’m in the national guard and was recently notified that there is a strong possibility of deployment in the first quarter of next year. If I start now only to be gone for a year or longer, my entire client base is going to have to move on to someone who is able to serve them in the mean time. I want to start the ball rolling… but is it even worth my jumping in now or would it better serve my long term business to wait until I return?

Thanks everyone!

Since a lot of people are having problems hanging onto their homes, now is a great time to jump in and help them and make money for yourself.

Before you deploy, you might want to get a stateside partner to help you with your business.

I agree with Demosl, there is no time like the present, besides you say a strong possiblitly, that to me means its not 100%.
