Today is going to be my official first day of work in the field of creative real estate. After learning the strategies, the marketing techniques and the sales approaches it’s finally time to make the jump and start doing deals. But I’ve got one problem. Where in the world do I begin?!?
There are so many different approaches to take with attraction marketing and finding the deals, and I really would like some firsthand advice from the veterans in the field about the absolute do’s and dont’s when starting to look for your first deals.

Quitting on yourself before you get that first deal. Have faith in yourself, be persistent, and get to work. :cool

Some advice that I can give you is to simply focus on generating leads. Master
this. Become an expert at getting leads to come to you. Learn marketing. Once
