standard purchase agreement

hello all, i’m looking for a basic purchase agreement form. i have one out of a real estate course but it has extra stuff in it that may confues potential sellers. can someone email me a copy in its simplist form? thanks guys

htjohnson - my suggestion is to get a purchase agreement that works in your state. A generic one may not cover everything you need for your state.

Good luck!

The Carleton Sheets course has a toolkit that contains a CD with RE form. You can download the software onto your computer. Then you can fill in the forms and print them out. They’re supposed to be legal in all states. You can always have a RE attorney look them over to be sure they’re legal. If there are part of the form that don’t apply. you can just type in " not applicable" in the space. The software also keeps track the properties you own, and all the relevant info associated with them. Obviously you have to input the information, but it keeps things very organized. I spent $15 on the CD. It’s very useful for the price.

Phlem - Whats the name of the toolkit?
If you can PM me a link that would be most helpful :biggrin
