Anybody knows how to find experienced SS investors in MEMPHIS? I have a property that I want to sell on a SS, it is a pre-forclosure right now. I’m not an investor, so I’ll leave it to the experts to profit.
Also, what are the chances that the lender will file for deficiency after a SS or a forclosure?
