SS from Countrywide and Bank of America

I have a shortsale lead. 1st mortgage with CW and 2nd with Bank of America. I already contacted CW for shortsale package. my question is Should I contact BOA for shortsale package too?

Yes. BofA is going to be the one to take the major hit since they are in 2nd position.

I have a short sale going with the same two companies at the moment, but its at the very beginning stage. I’ll let you know how it goes.
