Anyone know if there is a good short sale author or book to buy?

I don’t know of any books, most of the people I know who have started successful careers in SS have shadowed someone already successfully doing this.

i m aslo looking for one
When I first started doing SS I looked for good books and had trouble finding one particular source that provided what I was looking for without costing an arm and a leg. I was however lucky enough to talk to a few investors doing them and then jumped in and completed my first one.
Since doing my first one I have done several and have learned a lot ::).
I hope this helps get you pointed in the right direction.
