I am looking to build up a wholesaling business and I’d like to find a certain segment or scenario that can be my niche. Any advice on a specific way to find pre-foreclosures that not a lot of other investors are trying? Even if it’s extra work, I think there’s a lot to be gained if one were to become an expert in something specific (i.e. the funeral announcements in the paper) and marketed exclusive to that segment.
